Hung Chi Chang is a doctoral student at the Institute of Technology Management at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.

With five years of experience as a machine engineer at Jabil, a leading multinational corporation, and other small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), he has developed a profound understanding of industrial operations. Motivated by a desire to understand the broader social systems governing these operations, he transitioned to the field of business studies.

Hung Chi has been a licensed organizer of TEDx events and served as an Assistant Editor for the journal Global Management and Service Science.

His research interests include multilevel perspectives, innovation systems, and innovation ecosystems. He is proficient in methodologies such as multi-Criteria decision making and social network analysis. Leveraging his industry experience, Hung Chi aims to investigate and analyze the interactions among actors within the industrial innovation ecosystem.
